Data Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement:
- Client-provided data, content, and materials remain the property of the Client
- Work product created by Triora Technologies under a service agreement is owned by the Client upon full payment
- Triora Technologies retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, tools, and reusable code components developed during engagements
- Data generated through analytics, monitoring, or user interactions on platforms developed by Triora Technologies may be used in aggregated, anonymized form for improvement purposes
Warranties & Disclaimers
